This version with plum marmelade is absolutely delicious.
Soft and moist, with nuts and dried fruits, and the famous lebkuchen spices.

The texture is the best in this recipe. So unbelievably "saftig"!

I love truffles since I'm a child and making them is one of the best things to do I think.
It's a pitty to buy them when I can make them even more tasty.

Sometimes I like to add a little bit of Bailey's or a spoon of cinnamon.

They're perfect: a little hard, and immediatly melt in the mouth! Put one in your mouth, and you're in Heaven.

Here is my version of the famous chocolate coconut candies "Bounty", but mine taste even better, and don't have any chemical products!

If you're a fan of "bounty", you'll definitely die for these. They're delicious, and made with love!

This time, the poppy seed paste is separated from the cream cheese batter.
Moreover, the cream is perfumed with vanilla and lemon juice, which gives it a light sourness, in contrast with the very sweet poppy seed paste.

The crust tastes a lot like cinnamon, and caramel. It's delicious with the rest of the elements of the cake.

It's a very creamy cheesecake that combines all my favorites: cinnamon, poppy seed, lemon and vanilla.
