Onion and bacon quiche- Zwiebeln Speck Quiche

A delicious quiche with sweet and soft braised onions, bacon cubes, and a vegetable toping (peas, carrots and asparagius).Nicely browned on the top, with melted emmenthal. And really creamy inside!

Leeks tart with béchamel sauce- Porree-Tarte mit Béchamel Sosse

This tart combines perfectly the sweetness of leeks and the creaminess of a homemade béchamel sauce. It's simply tasty.I can make it with or without bacon. The bacon adds a very nice smoky taste, and without, you taste more the aroma of leeks and nutmeg...

Spinach cake- Spinatkuchen

This cake is wonderful because it's soft and moist, really juicy and rich in spinach! It's perfect for a buffet, cut in squares... it tastes like cheese and melts in the mouth! You'll love it because it's light too!
