Delicious Lebkuchen/ Leckere Lebkuchen

It's Christmas and Lebkuchen are a must here in Germany!
This version with plum marmelade is absolutely delicious.
Soft and moist, with nuts and dried fruits, and the famous lebkuchen spices.

The texture is the best in this recipe. So unbelievably "saftig"!
