Japanese cheesecake-Japanischer Käsekuchen
This is the kind of cheesecake that you find in Japan. I went to Tokyo, and they really have their own Art of Cheesecake!
There is no biscuit crust here, but only a very light and soft cake, just as light as a cloud. It has the subtle taste of lemon, and the texture of a mousse. It's amazing.
Serve it with a lemon green tea and a little bit of sauce (caramel, red fruits)...
