Poppy seed cheesecake-Mohn Käsekuchen
This cheesecake is a pure DELIGHT.
It's made with cream cheese and poppy seed paste (Mohnback).
The amazing taste of poppy seed is so intense in the cream, it's delicious. Its texture is incredibly creamy and smooth, whereas the crust stays really crunchy.
I love it...
