Jamie Oliver's Fifteen brownies

These are the brownies served in Jamie Oliver's restaurant "Fifteen".
They are the best brownies I've eaten so far. Really fabulous!

They are fudgy, which means dense and moist with an intensely chocolatey interior.

At room temperature, they stay soft... but they'll become harder and chewier after a night in the fridge, and that's how I prefer them!

They really taste like dark chocolate and melt in the mouth!

I'm sure you want a bite...

This version doesn't have nuts or dried fruits, but I can add dried cranberries, cherries or walnuts if you want.
