Brioche snails-Brioche Schnecke
Here are differents versions of a french recipe. In france you eat them for breakfast, with your coffee.
They are called "Pains aux raisins", and are made with a puff pastry dough (Blätterteig), or a brioche dough.
I make them with poppy seed paste (Mohnback),
...with raisins and pastry cream(Rosinen):
...or chocolate spread (Schokoladenaufstrich):
