Poppy seed cheesecake #2- Mohn Käsekuchen#2
Here is another version of this cheesecake.
This time, the poppy seed paste is separated from the cream cheese batter.
Moreover, the cream is perfumed with vanilla and lemon juice, which gives it a light sourness, in contrast with the very sweet poppy seed paste.
The crust tastes a lot like cinnamon, and caramel. It's delicious with the rest of the elements of the cake.
It's a very creamy cheesecake that combines all my favorites: cinnamon, poppy seed, lemon and vanilla.
